What this plate was originally made for was their AFU frame and shell system, but now is cross compatible with the Rootiment Arm Exfog Helmet Pouch or the Exfog as a stand-alone. If you run GoPro products, this is a great way to carry an external battery. What the plate is designed to do is allow you to switch between different head gear options easily. Also with the included shock cord, you will find a multitude of different routing methods that can be used to meet your specific needs. Currently we have found that it is compatible with helmets, baseball hats, trucker hats, boonies with molle webbing, paintball mask, and goggles.
