Photonis VYPER-14 with ECHO White Phosphor Tube
The Vyper-14 is a ruggedized variant of the standard-issue PVS-14 night vision device with significantly improved engineering to withstand the physical stresses of dynamic environments while having many types of military applications. This versatile night vision device can be field repaired in minutes without complex disassembly, and provides superior images under all lighting conditions. The Vyper-14 is engineered to meet or exceed most performance specifications of the PVS-14, making the Vyper-14 a reliable, long lasting night vision device that is ideally suited for head-worn, monocular, or collimated goggle applications. The Vyper-14 features a resin chassis with reinforced inner walls that better protect the NVD against shock, drop and recoil damage, and provides superior image intensifier tube placement retention to maintain proper optical alignment.
