MAC Airsoft ULTRALIGHT MTW Outer Barrel Karbon Fiber Black CCW

I was super excited when these guys came in as they're the first aftermarket MTW barrel to hit the US airsoft market but then after two hours of trying to install I got disappointed. This outer barrel is a super tight fit. Im running the Milspec which uses the Forged upper, Phoenix Hop Up, and EdGi barrel that Amped sells. As is, the hop up unit will not be able to be pushed all the way into the MAC outer. Theres just not "cut" in the outer barrel for it to be pushed all the way if that makes sense. Second issue is that the spring and C-clip hinder the fitment as well. Not that the Phoenix C-clip fitted the EdGi barrels that great anyway but the hop up only fits 95% of the way into the outer if you remove the barrel spring; barrel spring being pretty important to keep the hop up against the engine. The fitment being so tight you can almost soft "lock" the hop up against the engine and by alot of force wiggle it forward. I gave up for tonight on it and maybe tomorrow ill DIY a spacer with some industrial wire to keep things tight. Either way its a disappointment. However, I will say besides the major flaw in the fitment issue the barrel quality is absolutely amazing. The metal cut is clean clean and the carbon fiber very well done. The pictures online dont do it justice. The weight difference is very substantial. If everything fitted right, instant 5/5 product. This could also be an isolated problem with just me and the Forged/Phoenix. Maybe it fits better with Billet/plastic hop. But MTW is MTW and should clarified if there is combability problems.
