How long does it take for my build to ship?
The estimated build times are listed on each product page. Please note that this is an estimated time and the order can be delayed depending on tech queue volume. Additionally, the ETA is measured in business days and it is only an estimation, so there is a possibility that it may arrive sooner or later than expected. We cannot expedite these times based on any special requests or date. Please ensure to plan accordingly.
How do i schedule a custom hPA Build?
Select your base airsoft gun from our HPA builds page. You can either purchase the build stand alone, or add items such as a battery, air rig, tank, lubrication, or other accessories. If you are an international customer, please do not forget to select the JST Connector in place of your battery as we are unable to ship batteries via international or air services. You can also choose to have us install an HPA unit on your existing airsoft gun by purchasing installation services.
i paid for installation services, when should i send my airsoft gun to amped?
Before sending any replica for installation services through the website, make sure to obtain prior authorization from a customer service representative. If you fail to do so, Amped Airsoft LLC will reject your package, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact our support team to coordinate.
