• By purchasing products from Amped Airsoft, the user acknowledges that they are at least 18 years of age or older.

• Removing the orange tip flash hider will result in voiding the warranty. It is against state and federal laws to alter an airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a way that removes the orange tip or makes it resemble an actual firearm.

• Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using a purchased product.

• Buyer will hold Amped Airsoft LLC, it's staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from their purchase.

• Buyer agrees not to display or expose any airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view regardless of property ownership

• Buyer agrees to wear proper eye and safety equipment while playing Airsoft.

• Buyer agrees to use Airsoft equipment in a safe environment where everyone present is wearing proper safety equipment and at a place you have permission to conduct play.

• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with Amped Airsoft LLC, ampedairsoft.com are sourced in Pennsylvania, where any future disputes will take place.

• Amped Airsoft is not responsible for purchases seized, returned, deemed undeliverable, import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes applied as determined by shipping provider or governing laws.

• Amped Airsoft is not responsible and cannot guarantee compatibility with aftermarket parts, rails or accessoriesAmped

• Airsoft is not responsible for the mishandling of batteries sold by Amped.

• Buyer agrees to observe safe handling when charging, transporting and using batteries, especially with LiPo batteries.

• According to law, all airsoft guns must have an orange tip flash hider or a permanently colored orange tip (measuring 1/4 inch) on the barrel.

• A breach or violation of any of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

• Buyer may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

• Buyer is responsible for abiding by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing using Airsoft and replicas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
