ZCI - O Shaped MIM Steel Motor Pinion Gear
The ZCI O Shaped MIM Steel Motor Pinion Gear is a replacement pinion gear for motors with an O shaped shaft. The pinion sits on the end of your AEG motor and drives your gearbox, so when it wears out you get weak, noisy or inconsistent cycling. Swapping in a fresh metal pinion is a quick fix that brings your motor back to life.
Your title lists the material as MIM steel, which is made by metal injection molding and is used for strong, hard wearing small gears. It is a good match for a freshly rebuilt gearbox, or for a motor upgrade where you want a strong pinion on the shaft.
