ZCI 3mm Steel CNC Gear Set with Bearings for AEG (13:1, 14:1, 16:1, 18:1 Ratio Options)
Upgrade your AEG gear train with the ZCI 3mm Steel CNC Gear Set with Bearings. The gears are CNC machined from steel, so they hold up to wear far better than stock gears that chip, strip or wear down. The bearing on the sector gear lets the tappet plate move more smoothly through the firing cycle, which helps with consistent cycling and less friction in the gearbox.
Pick the ratio that suits your build. Lower ratios turn the gears faster and raise the rate of fire. Higher ratios stay closer to a standard torque feel. Four options are available. The 13:1 and 14:1 sets are the super high speed choices for speed focused builds. The 16:1 is a high speed option and the 18:1 is the standard ratio for general use. The 13:1 and 16:1 sets are intended for builds with lower power springs.
This set is made for 3mm axle Marui spec AEG gearboxes, including the Version 2 and Version 3 platforms found in M4, M16 and many other AEG builds. It suits gearbox rebuilds, speed builds, CQB rifles and replacing worn gears. For best results, pair it with a quality bushing or bearing set and shim the gearbox properly.
