E&C Full Metal XM177 Airsoft AEG Rifle w/ 8mm Gearbox
The E&C XM177 is a full metal airsoft AEG that recreates the short, compact carbine made famous during the Vietnam era. It has full metal upper and lower receivers, so it has a solid feel in hand, and it is built on a Version 2 gearbox with 8mm bushings. That gives it a durable base for stock play and room to upgrade later.
The look is what sets this rifle apart. A classic CAR 15 style adjustable stock, a polymer handguard and a polymer pistol grip give it a retro profile, and it is a good fit for vintage and Vietnam era loadouts as well as general field use. It fires in semi auto and full auto, and an adjustable hop up lets you tune the rifle to your BB weight.
A high capacity magazine is included, so you can play longer between reloads. It uses a battery sold separately, so you can pick the type and capacity you prefer. The Version 2 gearbox is a common platform with plenty of aftermarket parts, which makes it a good base for tuning or repairs.
