Chaos - Advanced Magazine Insert for A&K M240 Box Magazines
The Chaos Advanced Magazine Insert replaces the factory insert inside your A&K M240 box magazine with a more durable, higher capacity design. If your stock box mag jams, starves or feeds slowly, this is a fix that goes right inside the magazine you already own.
The insert has a reinforced clutch that helps resist jams from debris and damaged BBs, and it automatically regulates the feed rate. Chaos says it can feed up to 30 rounds per second on an 11.1V battery, so your machine gun keeps up with your trigger finger. It is designed and made in the USA from high temperature materials, so it should not deform if you leave your gear in a hot car.
Fitting it takes some work. Installation requires soldering, and wiring varies by setup, so it is your responsibility to get it right. If you are not comfortable with soldering, a qualified tech can do it for you. You reuse the original spring from your 240 box, trimmed to length, and the top door can be mounted in either direction.
