Product Description

Chaos - Advanced Magazine Insert for A&K 1500 Round M249 Box Magazines
The Chaos Advanced Magazine Insert replaces the factory insert in your A&K 1500 round M249 box magazine with a more durable, higher capacity design. If your stock box mag jams, starves or feeds slowly, this upgrade fixes it from the inside, in the box you already own.
It has a reinforced clutch that helps resist jams from debris and damaged BBs, and it automatically regulates the feed rate. Chaos says it feeds up to 30 rounds per second on an 11.1V battery, so your SAW keeps up with your trigger finger. It is designed and made in the USA from high temperature materials that should not deform if left in a hot car.
The insert also comes with a feed block that replaces the spring, which gives your BBs a smoother path to the gun. The feed block is described as universal, so it can be swapped between different boxes. There is also an optional feed advancer that can be wired in.
Installation takes work. Soldering and some rotary tool work are required, and wiring varies by setup, so it is your responsibility to get it right. If you are not comfortable with soldering, a qualified tech can do it for you.
If you run an A&K M249 and want a stronger feed system, this is a popular upgrade for support gunners.
