Product Description
Kicking Mustang - KMCS Poncho (Oakland)
The KMCS Poncho from Kicking Mustang is a lightweight ghillie style poncho for fast, effective concealment. It drops over your shoulders and your kit in seconds and breaks up your outline with pre sewn Adaptive Ghillie Mesh, which reacts to changing light and mimics natural vegetation. An integrated grid across the surface lets you add real leaves, twigs and grass, so you can match the exact terrain you are working in.
Front and back clips let you close the poncho and wear it like a ghillie suit, while a chest opening gives you access to optics, a camera, night vision or your replica. An adjustable wire rimmed hood keeps its shape and frames your head, so you can look out from under it without it collapsing. The poncho also uses the same toggle and eye system as the US Army poncho and the Helikon Tex Swagman Roll, so it can be combined with those systems for weather protection and insulation.
This listing is the Oakland colorway, an oak brown camouflage scheme. Kicking Mustang designs the Oakland scheme for autumn woodland, mixed forest, desert scrub and the transitional terrain between seasons. The poncho is aimed at airsoft and milsim players, hunters, snipers and wildlife photographers, and it is treated with an infrared retardant (IRR) print to reduce visibility to night vision.
